Data Services Team Lead | 6 Month Contract | Hybrid Working (Cheshire)

One of my consultancy clients are looking for an Data Services Team Lead for an initial 6 month contract. The role will be 3 days per week onsite, 2 days' work from home.

The Data Services Team consisting of 40+ associates engaged in the delivery of multiple projects including data migration of L&P policies and delivery of cloud based archival system.

This role is for the team lead who will oversee the delivery from the team and line management of the associates including ~20 client associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and thought leadership across all Client data domain related initiatives in terms of Strategy, Solution and Execution
  • Review and sign-off all the deliverables/artefacts delivered by the team
  • Manage co-ordination with all the stakeholders involved in the data project delivery workstreams.
  • Single point of contact for any escalation/challenge.
  • Log and escalate queries from the team
  • Manage risks and issues and help team to mitigate them by providing solutions or by raising with correct teams
