LOCATION: Near St. Louis, MO

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Our client provides progressive technology strategies for various wholesale distributors nationwide. They have recently partnered with TeamBradley to find an experienced ERP Practice Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle daily operations of the FACTS ERP practice
  • Develop proposals for software licenses/services
  • Achieve utilization targets for FACTS team
  • Assist in the growth of the FACTS business unit
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, onboarding and mentor staff
  • Collaborate with management and Project Management teams
  • Collaborate with programming department and clients to create functional design requirements
  • Identifying creative solutions for processes by standard Infor Distribution FACTS
  • Learn third party products and train/support client's

SKILLS:

  • 5+ years as an ERP consultant developer, manager or an end user and ERP software experience (ideally with Infor FACTS, DDI, Eclipse, Infor SX.e, or Prophet21)
  • 2+ years management experience with ERP systems and leading a technical team
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness to be opportunistic and bring sales opportunities
  • Outstanding communication verbal/nonverbal and written
