An "IT Client Support Manager - WM" is needed for our client in the High Point, North Carolina area.

Client is looking for a Manager who will manage Business Analysts with main responsibilities of systems implementation, and ongoing client relationship management and new business development.

1. Manager will serve as a project manager for system implementations, upgrades and support.
2. Will define business problems and system solutions which will include analysis of alternatives and ROI
3. Plans schedules, manages budgets, interfaces with users, develops implementation plan documents, manages implementations, configures systems, train users and provides post-implementation support
4. Will determine new business opportunities and develop proposals
5. Participates in new business development process to analyze client requirements.
6. Develop proposals, cost estimates, information technology statement of work in support of contract development
7. Performs functions of Business Analyst and Sr. Systems Analyst if needed.

1. BS/BA degree required. Master's degree preferred.
2. 7+ years experience in WMS development and implementation
3. Project Management of large cross functional implementations
4. Formal project management practices (PMP preferred)
5. Expert in supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution
6. Implementation and support experience with web-based applications (eg Exceed 4000, order management applications, LPS 2000, ConnectShip, ChainLink, 12's transportation suite, and Logility Voyager)
7. Experience using formal systems development methodologies (Agile)
8. Understanding of Client Server
9. Excellent planning, client support and communication skills
10. Management experience
