Desktop Support Engineer (Contract)
Location: Singapore
Here at RED, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a Global Pharmaceutical client for a brand new EVF project.
Location - Singapore/Tuas (On site 5 days a week, no remote possible)
Duration - 6 months + possible extension
Start Date - April 2024
No visa sponsorship provided*
Role description
The services are mainly for:
- Design and define the installation procedures.
- Setup the devices according to application and business requirements, with both local and global
- Support the business teams while testing and validating devices.
Experience
- Microsoft Windows Platform related technologies
- Common IT devices setup: such as workstations, external screens, phones, printers,
- Zoom room devices
- Zebra devices (PDA, Tablets, Printers, )
- MS Active Directory
- Service Now ticketing system
