Senior Security Training and Awareness Consultant/Remote from EU or UK/6 months/Start ASAP

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Security Training and Awareness team, working to establish the security culture in the bank by supporting all employees in understanding and learning the correct security behaviours. You will primarily coordinate the delivery of IT Risk Management Training Programme.
Our team has the unique opportunity to combine technical security topics with communication, training, and awareness to shape the security culture across the bank. We are very excited about our task and we are looking for an ambitious and determined colleague to help us drive the implementation of the Security Culture Programme.

You will:

* Develop, implement and maintain IT risk management training solutions
* Own and coordinate relationships with both Subject Matter Experts across Security, and external training vendors
* Establish an awareness network with key stakeholders throughout the organisation to understand risks and business goals
* Measure and report training and awareness effectiveness, by gathering and compiling data from

Requirements:

Primary Skills:

* 2+ years of experience in training and development
* Strong understanding of eLearning development techniques and digital tools
* Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
* Solid project and stakeholder management skills, being able to drive your own projects
* Experience in IT risk management training would be a big advantage
* Advanced skills in spoken and written English

* Agile mindset, being able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
