Power Platform Developer (Permanent)

Location: Dublin Country: Ireland Rate: Competitive
 

Your new company

As a Power Platform Developer, your focus will be on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining business applications in areas including document management, knowledge management, and other legal solutions. You will leverage Microsoft technologies, including low-code and no-code solutions, the MS O365 stack, and emerging Microsoft AI-based solutions.

Your new role

  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions based on the Microsoft O365 stack.
  • Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Identity Platform, Adaptive Cards, Fluent UI Web Components and Azure Services.
  • Design, develop and deploy robust solution architectures that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support solution design.
  • Develop and execute test processes and cases to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
  • Provide support for existing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Continually update technical knowledge and skills and drive the adoption of best practices within the team.
  • Assist in project planning and management tasks as needed.
  • Supervise a junior developer.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience developing business solutions using the Microsoft O365 product stack.
  • Experience with Low code/no code solutions and development frameworks.
  • Experience working with SQL (MSSQL) including basic database administration would be advantageous.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in the legal domain or other professional services areas an advantage.
  • Experience supporting and migrating Legacy systems an advantage.
  • Experience with data Integration via SSIS or REST APIs an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
