Lead M365 Infrastructure Engineer/Team Leader, SC or DV Security Cleared, is required by our services organisation based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghsmasire. East Midlands. Commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Luton, North London.

Paying 510 a day plus on-call Outside of Scope of IR35 12 month contract

Working in an SC/DV Security Cleared environment. You will hold current SC Clearance or be eligible to undertake SC/DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.

Supporting a global service which supports ove 25000 end users, 24/7/365.

As the Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will support Microsoft O365, Azure, Power Platform and On Premise Microsoft Office services as well as leading a small team of Engineers

Essential Skills:

Systems operations and relevant experience Microsoft 365, Exchange/SharePoint 2019, Identity Services

PowerShell Scripting

Incident management

Change and release management

Analyse, interrogate and evaluate data

Exposure and experience of Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities:

Build, configure, administer, and support Microsoft cloud services including O365, Azure and Power Platform. There will also be a requirement to support On Premise Exchange and SharePoint services.

Key Accountabilities:

Contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and configuring infrastructure components and provisioning tools.

Identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution; provide reports and proposals for improvement, to specialists, users and managers.

Investigate faults in systems, processes and services, and advise on the implementation of appropriate solutions and preventative measures, escalating as necessary.

Take ownership of escalated incidents or service requests and carry out technical investigation, diagnosis and resolution or recovery of issues, escalating as necessary.

Contribute to the delivery of On-Call services.

Coach and share knowledge with colleagues.

Engage with users or stakeholders to gather evidence relating to incidents or problems and keep them informed of progress.
