We are looking for a Biofuels Compliance SME with the following JD. The role would be inside IR 35. Location is UK/EU.

1. At least 5-10 years of experience in clean energy, energy analytics, climate change, low carbon options assessment, financial analysis of related fields.
2. Excellent understanding of EU Bio regulations (such as RTFO, ANets, RED II etc.).
3. Very strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and practical recommendations as a result of the analysis.
4. Good understanding of low carbon energy transition, related risks and drivers for the key economic sectors and various stakeholders.
5. Should be able to create business use cases for various digital initiatives & verify the Product readiness against these Use cases
6. Strong written, verbal communication and data presentation skills.
7. Ability to present complex and technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
8. Ability to work both in a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
9. Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and meet deadlines.
10. Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP will be plus point.
11. Experience with data management systems and tools is a plus.
12. Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and online communication tool
13. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Economics, Climate Change, Sustainability, Finance or a related field.
14. Fluency in English. Knowledge of German/Spanish will be advantageous.
