Change & Transformation Manager - Omnichannel environment/Multi channel - Customer Data Programme - Outside IR35 - Hybrid working

I'm currently representing a global retailer who are on the hunt for a skilled Change & Transformation Manager for a digital transformation. The ideal candidate will come from a Retail background with commercial experience of Customer Data programmes.

• Extensive experience of change management approaches, techniques, and methodologies.
• Experience of successfully championing the application of Change Management to large and complex programmes of work.
• Significant experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders in Change Management.
• Knowledge and experience of working in a consumer goods business on projects with significant commercial benefits in an Omnichannel environment.
• Ability to work with and influence senior executives (including C-suite) while also having the ability to work inside the business functions to drive change and embed a change culture.
• Strong organisational. leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to flex between defining detailed change plans for specific initiatives and stepping back to manage and coordinate a portfolio of initiatives in a consistent way, ensuring the successful embedding of each initiative in the organisation".
