Business Analyst (Permanent)
Location: Hull Country: UK Rate: up to £45k per annum
 

Business Analyst - Hull or Leeds (hybrid) - up to £45k per annum

Our industry leading client is looking for a Business Analyst to work out of their Hull or Leeds office (hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) for a permanent role, paying up to £45k.

The role sits within the Platforms team, in the Digital Services Department, liaising with key business stakeholders, and will play a key part in the delivery of new enhancements & functionality as well as supporting and maintaining the current core business platforms predominantly within the Salesforce environment.

Experiences:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working with Commercial IT Platforms with proficient knowledge of Sales & Marketing and the processes within.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a business analyst role or relevant.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end solutions from requirement gathering, deployment and training & support.

Key Skills:

Essentials:

  • Experience working with commercial functions (Sales & Marketing)
  • Expert in Business Analytical methodology and associated processes
  • Good knowledge of Commercial IT Systems
  • Good Customer-facing & Communication skills.
  • Efficient in MS Office
  • Working Flexibility
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Desirables:

  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Previous experience with a CRM type' Systems/Platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics)
