As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a talented Senior Back End Java Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the evolution of our cutting-edge payment platform.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Back End Java Developer to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our robust payment processing system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, a deep understanding of Back End technologies, and a passion for creating scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the design and architecture of our payment processing system.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient Back End solutions in Java.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java.
• Implement Server Side logic, business rules, and data processing algorithms to support our payment platform's functionality.
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with external systems and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Front End developers to ensure smooth communication between the Front End and Back End components.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the system to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and implement best practices.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests to validate the functionality and performance of Back End components.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability of the entire system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, preferably in the financial or payment industry.
• Strong understanding of Back End technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of payment processing protocols and standards is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
