Location: Remote and London Country: UK Rate: 550 per day outside ir35

Focus will be our ServiceNow CMDB and related processes necessary to keep the CMDB accurate enough to be our source of truth in responding to audits and other critical queries. Experience with managing change projects related to ServiceNow is essential.
Candidate will be focused on optimizing process improvement, identify opportunities and mentoring the wider team from inception to completion utilizing IT frameworks and methodologies.
Reporting to the Head of Project delivery for the infrastructure operations team, the role is responsible for managing IT Service Management with a process improvement component on a global scale .
You must bring experience in formal project management within a technology function and a demonstrated ability to manage the implementation of allocated projects to agreed scope, timescales,budget and quality of deliverables
PM certification preferred, PMP Certification, PRINCE 2.
