Job Overview:
Our dynamic client are seeking a skilled and motivated EUC Deployment Analyst to join their IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and management of End User Computing (EUC) environments. This role requires a deep understanding of EUC technologies and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage EUC devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Implement and support virtualization technologies such as VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy EUC solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EUC-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates to EUC systems and software.
  • Create and maintain documentation for EUC deployment processes and configurations.
  • Provide training and support to end users on EUC technologies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in EUC technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in EUC deployment and management.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows 11
  • Experience working with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience working with Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Experience working with JAMF - IMACS and MacBooks
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
