Location: Staffordshire Country: UK Rate: Up to £130 per day
 

Job Title: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
Location: Staffordshire, United Kingdom (On-site 5 Days a week - Must hold a UK Driving License and have a velchal)
Day Rate: £130 Inside IR35
Job Type: 3 Month Rolling Contract

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Department for a rolling contract!

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Service Desk Ticket Management
  • Administration of Windows user accounts including creation, modification, and deletion
  • Talking users through issues on the phone or at desk or logging if required
  • Administration of internal IT Systems

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Software installation
  • Ticket Management & Prioritisation
  • Previous Active Directory experience

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

  • Previous IT Support experience
  • Understanding of M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • iOS/Intune experience
