As the IT Director, you will lead the IT department, shaping the strategic direction of their IT infrastructure and systems. You'll work in a dynamic environment, driving technological excellence and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and innovation.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise IT needs and requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect company assets and data, ensuring ownership and integrity of information.
• Implement robust cyber security measures to safeguard against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Own and lead the customer support function and team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.
• Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve customer support performance.

What we're looking for:

• An experienced IT leader with a proven track record of success in driving technology initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure management, including networks, Servers, and cloud services.
• Experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience in leading customer support functions and teams.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing IT strategies.
• Strong technical background with experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience managing IT budgets, resources, and vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
