I'm currently looking for a CTO to join a innovation SaaS company, to help drive forward the delivery and lead the technical teams.

This is fully remote role, with the company being based in the South East of England (if you can get to the office now and then that is great).

Having spoken to the CEO, who this role reports into, I feel this is such an exciting opportunity to join an established company who have gone through a re-org.

If you are a strong technical leader who is keen to take ownership of the delivery, teams and projects then this could be for you?

The ideal person will have a development/engineering background and be someone the teams can look up to. As well as being able liaise with the senior leadership team, customers and investors.

The company are more Microsoft orientated and you will have 6 direct reports within a team of around 30 people. This consists of Engineering, Testing, Architecture and Cloud Operations.

This position is offering a salary of around the £120k-£130k mark (there is flex for the right person and comes with a 5-10%bonus and equity.
