Dynamics 365 Project Manager, London/Remote, £600-£625/day (Outside IR35)

A prominent bank is seeking to launch a new Dynamics 365 CRM project based in the City of London. This opportunity involves a dynamic initiative with plans for eventual global expansion. Joining this project presents an exciting prospect to contribute to a transformative implementation within the banking sector.

Knowledge Required for the Dynamics CRM Project Manager

Proven track record of the successful designing, communicating and delivering of transformation programmes.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities - beneficial.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies and principles, with a focus on iterative development.
Experience supporting the designing and developing a data model is beneficial.
Ability to apply strategies to lead large-scale organisational change efforts that ensure a positive outcome, resulting in an exceptional client/stakeholder experience.
Adept at frequent assessments of programme goals and objectives with the ability to pivot to address emerging changes to the programme and organisational landscape.

Qualifications
Project Management certification (One of: Prince 2 Practioner, PMP or APMP).
Additional appropriate certifications are beneficial (including: P3O, SAFe, Less, APMP International - BA, Agile BA Practitioner, BCS Certificate in Business Analysis/Modelling Business Processes/Requirements
Engineering, Scrum Master, Agile PM, Prince 2 Agile Practitioner etc).

Career Experience
10+ years in a direct project management role.
15+ years working in the Project environment.
Experience of managing both business and technical projects.
Experience managing the end to end delivery of projects/full project life cycle.
Experience working within a 1,000+ FTE organisation.
