Business Change Manager - Analyst, BFSI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business change management, banking and financial experience, and expertise in COTS products as well as data modernization/transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing organization business processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives that drive transformation and optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading business change initiatives and will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience in leading business change management initiatives in transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
