Change and Training Analyst (Contract/Permanent)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £40k - £50k per annum + Benefits
 

Change & Training Analyst - 12 month FTC - London/Hybrid - up to £50,000pa - Legal Sector

I am currently recruiting for a Change and Training Analyst on a 12 month, fixed term basis working for a top global law firm who are undergoing a firm-wide Finance Transformation programme.

As Change and Training Analyst you will be supporting the Change Manager and the Training Lead in the development and execution of change, communication, engagement and training strategies to ensure end user adoption of the technical solutions and new ways of working. You'll be working with impacted user groups to demonstrate the technical solutions and capturing feedback. In addition to working with the Change Manager to analyse the change impacts from these exercises to feed into the training delivery plan.

Ideally you'll have previous change management experience gained within a transformation programme and have a working knowledge of LMS (or equivalent) systems and have strong project management and administration skills.

My client offers a very flexible hybrid work/remote policy with an expectation of 1 day per week in the office in London.
