Business Analyst - £38,000 - £44,000 + Exceptional Benefits package. Hybrid working model - Liverpool.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Analyst to join a new transformation function within a renowned organisation based in Liverpool.

This would work within the Business Change & Transformation PMO team and they will handle all the major organisation-wide transformational programmes of change (technical and non-technical initiatives).

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Analyst, who has a sound approach to Business Analysis and who can build effective working relationships at all levels across the organisation and with a wide variety of stakeholders.

The organisation operates a hybrid working model, with one or two days a week on site in Liverpool and the rest from home.

Key Skills and Background:

• Some experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Experience of requirements elicitation and analysis using a variety of techniques
• Proven experience of techniques for business situation analysis and feasibility assessments
• Experience of supporting and influencing large-scale business change initiatives
• An understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
