We have an exciting new requirement for a Service Design and Transition Manager to join a leading consultancy based in London. This is an exciting new position for someone who has previous experiences of working within the defence sector and currently holds SC Level Clearance

Rate - £530.00 To Overall Assignment rate of Umbrella

Duration - 6 -12 Months

Location - London (Remote working)

The Role

You will design and document new services and furthermore ensure that service design principles and standards are Embedded into projects, and that comprehensive support arrangements are put in place. You will produce comprehensive service designs, incorporating business requirements, wider standards, Enterprise Services capabilities, and external suppliers. Ensuring that projects transition to live service in a safe and structured manner, engaging with project teams and Enterprise Services teams.

Skills and Experience

* Experience of successful Service Design and Transition.
* Experience in ITIL aligned Service Management.
* Setting expectations and managing stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Experience in on boarding third party suppliers.
* Experience of Service Design and Transition in Medium to Large Organisations
