Should be a seasoned Salesforce functional consultant/business analyst.
Should have experience driving and running discovery workshops at Customer office.
Understanding & gathering business requirements, experience handling requirement workshops.
Solid experience writing User stories and acceptance criterias.
Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation.
Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation.
Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements.
Functional Support for salesforce application in-Scope.
Assist Customer team in conducting Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users.
Hands on experience in Agile methodology is a must.
Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal.
Salesforce certifications are a must.
Knowledge of Salesforce: Einstein Classification, ChatBot, Live Agent, Lightning Design System, Community builder, Themes, Templates.
Experience working in onsite-offshore model.
