Process Improvement Lead
Our prestigious client are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Lead to work with them on an large scale Digital Transformation programme.
The Process Improvement Lead will work across the organisation to help streamline their delivery as they are aware of unnecessary 'bottlenecks' in their present state.
This role would suit someone who loves to roll their sleeves up and get 'down in the weeds'.
Responsibilities -
- Experience of helping to define new Target Operating Model
- Demonstrable track record of implementing and documenting process improvement.
- Have worked in organisations as they transition to Agile delivery from Waterfall
- Experience of working with Product teams and PI Planning
This is an Umbrella only contract and requires 2-3 days per week on client site in Hampshire.
