Full Stack developer - React/C#- Commodities trading (Permanent)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £90k - £130k per annum
 

Our client, a leading Energy and Commodities trader is seeking a full stack developer to help build out a key analytics platform. You will be joining a global team, working closely with various Front Office users including traders, analysts and data scientists to ensure the build out is to a high standard.

This is a business facing role and the successful candidate will benefit from a great deal of autonomy, greenfield work and dealing with vast data sets in a flat organisation. The organisation values and rewards strong individual contributions.

Required skills:

- recent React knowledge (3+ years)

- C#/.NET experience (3+ years)

Desirable skills:

- Commodities trading (specifically hydrocarbons), trade process and risk calculation knowledge would be highly advantageous

- Streaming services experience eg Kafka
