Adults Social Care Applications Support analyst (Contract)

Location: North West England Country: UK Rate: £150 - £350 per day + Rate flexible for right candidate.
 

Experienced Applications Support Analyst required for an immediate start!

Requirements:
- System Support background
- Local Government experience
- Experience in support, maintenance and development in Adult Social care systems including; Swift, LiquidLogic, Mosaic or SystemC
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Rate: Flexible DOE

Overview:

- Support the implementation of high-quality system configuration and development in order to deliver highly effective information/case management/financial systems.
- Providing high quality support, training and advice to all authorised users of Directorate systems.
- Identifying gaps and weaknesses in user knowledge, system usage and functionality; to support product development and user best practice and feed into training, product development and reporting work streams.
- To support the correct use of SWIFT and other systems within the Adult Social Services Department, other departments and agencies by ensuring that data inputting practices reflect current procedures.
- To analyse data quality reports and offer appropriate support to staff to rectify errors.
-To contribute experience of practice to the ongoing development of SWIFT and training plans.
