ServiceNow Architect Opportunity with Global Consulting Firm
Robert Half is supporting a leading Global Consulting Firm in their search for a ServiceNow Architect. The selected candidate will lead a greenfield ServiceNow implementation and serve as the ITIL Subject Matter Expert (SME) going forward.
Contract Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP (subject to screening, interviews, onboarding, c.1-2 weeks turnaround)
- Location: Hybrid role, requiring on-site presence 1-2 days a week
- Daily Rate: Competitive, upwards of £750 per day via umbrella
- Contract Duration: Initial 3-6 months, with potential for renewal due to the greenfield nature of the project
Key Responsibilities & Experience Needed:
- IT Service Management: Define and implement IT Service Management processes with a strong ITIL focus, utilising technology effectively.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Minimum Viable Product: Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) within tight deadlines.
- Client Interaction: Conduct client workshops, engage with senior stakeholders, and create high-quality deliverables such as process flows and RACI matrices.
- Agile Environment: Work independently in an agile environment to drive project success.
- Asset Management: Understand the asset management domain, with a preference for experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) environments.
Mandatory Checks: Vigorous financial and criminal background checks will be conducted, taking approximately 2 weeks to complete.
