WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assess both quantitative and qualitative data to gauge the effectiveness of clients' marketing and digital experiences.
• Identify areas with low performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Generate automated visual representations from intricate data sources to clearly communicate pertinent insights.
• Examine analytics data, generate reports, visualize data, and deliver findings to clients.
• Define business goals, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and formulate/implement strategies for measurement and tagging using various analytics tools.
• Conduct thorough audits of data collection procedures to ensure accurate tracking implementation and proper data gathering. Collaborate closely with clients and agency partners to synchronize campaign tracking, reporting, visualization methods, and operational procedures.
• Manage tag configurations, updating tags, triggers, and variables. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents and data layer specifications.
• Coordinate with Developers to optimize implementations. Draft technical specifications, assist in development efforts, and conduct QA checks on developments.

DIGITAL ANALYST CONSULTANT - ESSTENTIAL SKILLS

• Proficient in digital and statistical literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Capable of confidently presenting insights to clients
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital analytics
• Proficiency with visualisation tools for at least 2 years
• Experience handling advanced digital analytics within large-scale enterprises
• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of JavaScript, CSS and HTML within the analytical context
