What you'll be working towards

We are currently looking to engage with a ServiceNow Developer on a large scale project with one of our government sector clients.

About You

The role will require an excellent communicator and have experience in developing web applications using Java, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and other modules as required.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations with external systems using ServiceNow's APIs and integration tools.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.
