Exalto Consulting are currently recruiting for a contract Change Manager must have previous experience working on a servicenow implementation on a global transformation

Essential requirements for the role

  • Proven experience in change management, with a strong track record of successfully driving and implementing change initiatives within complex global organizational environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, differentiated thinking to change that matches the effect needed for the success of the program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to change management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Servicenow experience
  • Worked on a global transformation project with the servicedesk or helpdesk
Desirable:
  • Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical industry
