Job Details

 

Data Architect- Sparx (Contract)

Location: London/Manchester/Bristol  Country: UK Rate: £450 per day inside IR35
 

Rate: £450 per day inside IR35

Duration: 6 months + likely to be extend

Work Location: ideally commutable to London, Bristol, or Manchester office- once a week WFO

Perform gap analysis on existing data landscape and perform the necessary creation or modification of data architecture design artefacts (conceptual, logical, etc)

Support data migrations in an architectural perspective from existing FFC platform to new target ADP platform.

Support options appraisal for new project initiatives as part of upcoming regulatory implementation.

Support data governance activities in establishing a new IAO and data classification.

Assure the functional requirements and add appropriate non-functional requirements (NFR) such as sizing and performance to support the above.

Conduct, submit and get approval of security impact assessments such as DPIA.

Create and maintain the conceptual and logical data models (CDM, LDM) using MS-Visio.- Using tooling (Sparx)

Ensure that the physical data model (PDM in the databases) is aligned to the above.- PRN team is doing their own designs

Provide guidance to data engineers and data analysts on the logical and technical approach to new initiatives, and defect resolution..

Maintain and evolve the data architecture and environments.

Maintain documentation on the data architecture.
