Harris Global are currently on the lookout for an Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Consultant to work for a market leading client. This is a permanent opportunity working on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have over 3 year's experience with Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategy, design, configuration, testing and cutover in Oracle HCM implementations to include the data migration of employees between legal entities.
  • Subject Matter Expert of the functionality within Oracle Cloud HCM including Core HR, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Resource Management, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Labour, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loaders.
  • Supporting and advising business users on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes and downstream systems.
  • Gathering requirements and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.

Experience:

  • 3 years+ experience with HCM
  • Needs to have in depth HCM experience - they're going to be one of the main people to go to with any issues
  • Fast Formulas and HCM Data Loaders is a must have
  • Anyone with Comp and benefits and time and labour is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM including Core HR, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Resource Management, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Labour, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loaders
