LatentZero + .NET C# Developer - Up to £900 per day Inside IR35

Are you an experienced .NET developer with expertise in Fidessa LatentZero? Do you have expertise analysing business processes and implementing sophisticated guideline monitoring applications in Asset Management?

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer to join our Asset Management team in London. In this role, you will co-lead a global team alongside a senior developer based in India, actively contributing to software development while providing technical leadership and overall accountability for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the development team, managing tech initiatives and ensuring compliance
  • Lead customisation requirements and optimisations on LatentZero platform
  • Conduct formal and informal evaluations and analysis to support continuous improvement
  • Liaise with stakeholders and effectively manage relationships/expectations
  • Support Project Managers and enable the development team with key information
  • Significantly contribute to test planning activities
  • Mentor junior team members and elevate the team's overall profile

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience, previously held a similar senior developer role
  • Strong coding skills in .NET web components, API integration, Oracle 19c, SQL
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD, Linux, PowerShell, Batch Scripting
  • Knowledge of scheduler tools like AutoSys is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience working with the LatentZero Compliance platform is required
  • Beneficial to have knowledge of Asset Management Industry, Portfolio Management, Order Management and Guideline Monitoring
