As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking talented Java Developers with expertise in Multithreading to join us remotely and contribute to our success.

We are seeking highly skilled Java Developers with a strong background in Multithreading to join our team remotely. As a Java Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust and scalable solutions that meet the demands of our trading environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of success in multithreaded programming.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance, low-latency trading systems using Java and Multithreading techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and implement new features.
  • Optimize existing codebase for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Multithreading and trading systems development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language, with a focus on Multithreading.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience with low-latency, high-performance systems development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial trading systems or related domains.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
