Java Developer (Salesforce) (Contract)
Location: Bristol Country: UK Rate: £450.00
 

On behalf of an IT Services provider located in Bristol, I am looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support with the uplift of their code bases to the most recent library versions.

This role is hybrid-working
Outside IR35
Minimum 3 Month contract (highly likely to extend long-term)

Skills/knowledge, required:

  • As an experienced developer, we expect you to work efficiently and collaboratively.
  • It is essential that you have fluency with Java Back End development (inclusive of modern Java-based API frameworks, such as Spring Boot/Jersey to develop REST-based APIs).
  • The ability to recognise the benefits for Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Strong experience of implementing component level automated tests.
  • Good verbal and written English-language skills.
  • Any knowledge/experience with the following would be highly beneficial:
  1. Java Restlet framework.
  2. Google Web Toolkit (GWT).
  3. In-depth knowledge and experience of working with Maven.
  4. Cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).
  5. Federated single sign-on using SAML protocol.
