Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP Upgrade implementation project from ECC6.0 to SAP S4 HANA, taking full ownership of this project
Drive program accountability, ensuring the team reaches project milestones.
Lead and direct the work of SAP Consultants, acting as the middle person between technical consultants and senior non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication
Review and design the right reporting outputs during and post implementation
Ensuring best practices are implemented and driving continuous improvement post-implementation
Oversee day-to-day operations (BAU) and deliver support from a BAU perspective
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the senior Finance Leadership and Managing Directors
Ensure user-friendly post-implementation usage of systems.
Drive the team to utilise SAP systems optimally and implement best practices.
Driving strategy related to SAP, set-up at the organisation, building policies, procedures, and processes.
Requirements:
Strong skillset as an ERP Project Manager
Proven experience in driving SAP projects and implementing best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
Previous experience in a similar role within upgrade projects from ECC6.0 to SAP S4 HANA
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring project milestones are achieved and with proven people management experience.
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a period of ongoing audit and year-end activities.
Experience in change management desirable
Ability to work with diverse personalities and maintain effective communication.
Proactive approach to driving projects forward in a dynamic environment.
