SharePoint Engineer - Brussels (2 days on site mandatory)

This is a Brussels based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology brand working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

We are seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Engineer to join our team. As a SharePoint Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support the organization's collaboration and content management needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support and optimization.

Job Purpose:

• Help different departments to setup an Intranet and a knowledge library making use of OOTB or in-house build features and components of SharePoint online
• You have good analytic skills and have experience setting up an Intranet/knowledge library

Experience Required (Work Experience):

• Professional experience in an IT Services environment Mid-level (2y - 5y)
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools) Mandatory Year
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and all its possibilities
• Advanced insight on how to setup a knowledge library, facilitate content creation and to let users easily find back information
• Advanced knowledge of how to setup a multilingual site
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and pnp search Mid-level (2y - 5y) Mid-level (2y - y)
• Preferable experience with sites and applications design (CSS)
• Knowledge of Power Platform Functional experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function) Mandatory
• Experience with functional analysis
• Experience with writing documentation

Remarks Objective of the Job:

• Requirements gathering in discussion with business
• Give advice to business on how to use the SharePoint features
• Write requirements for in house development of features and components
• Setup and create a site, the navigation, the pages, the features, the search
