Test Engineer (Automation) - 3 days onsite Brussels/2 days Remote - 6 months+ (Contract)
Location: Brussels Country: Belgium
 

Test Engineer (Automation) - 3 days onsite Brussels/2 days Remote - 6 months+

For a client in the Aerospace/Aviation industry we are looking for a Test Engineer for a 6 month extendable contract.

The Role

  • Develop and configure test automation frameworks and execute stability and performance tests.
  • Enhance test frameworks, develop and execute test automation through tools such as Python, Selenium, Jira, XRAY, JMeter etc.
  • Apply, design and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks.
  • Analyse performance test requirements and develop test plans and debug
  • Execute performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams.
  • Proactively identify additional test automation opportunities and analyse potential benefits
  • Coordinate with program and development management teams in product development life cycle to conform end user product and quality requirements and schedules.
  • Prepare software defect tracking and report status of the testing activities to stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

  • French and English language skills
  • Over 3 years experience in programming (python), designing and implementing test automation frameworks
  • Demonstrable experience and skills implementing performance testing frameworks
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills
  • Analytical and problem solving focus
